Vicious cutbacks

Didn’t get nearly as much implemented as I wanted to this go around. I probably should have stuck to a game type I’ve done before. I got some basic thematic type stuff in there which makes me happy though, and am learning some of the repeat type stuff I can try and streamline in the future (toggling mute for example. start off with the ability to reset the game so people can play again after they finish).
