Kollum: Map generation

Very first step, picked up some older code of mine, threw proper perlin noise and two filters (bloom + noise). Game will be with a sort of fog of war with the idiot adventure leaving tracks and occasionally making a sound, visually highlighted for those without a 5.1 sound setup.
